A Little Bit About Me

With over 25 years as a Hingham resident, I have an intimate knowledge of the South Shore.  My deep roots in the community have helped me cultivate an extensive network and an unmatched understanding of what makes each corner of Hingham and surrounding areas special. Whether buying or selling, I bring a strategic approach, local expertise, and a personal commitment to achieving exceptional results.

My passion for the community extends beyond real estate. Having raised my family in Hingham, I've actively volunteered in the schools - serving as Vice President of the PTO at South School and the Board of Wilder Nursery School. For several years, I coached the Hingham High Girls JV Tennis Team; was a Girl Scout Troop Leader, and always participated in Hingham Boosters.  My connections within the community are also strengthened by my involvement in local organizations like the Hingham Garden Club and the Hingham Womans Club.

As a seasoned entrepreneur, I built and ran a successful jewelry and accessories business in Cohasset, (patriciaperrin designs @ Pretty Little Things) where I mastered the art of sales, branding and marketing.  My ability to create compelling brand experiences, forge meaningful relationships, and execute strategic marketing initiatives has been instrumental in my success-both in business and real estate. Prior to that, I worked as a corporate trainer and event planner at Russell Reynolds Associates in New York City and as a software and sales trainer at Lotus/IBM. These experiences refined my skills in client relations, negotiation, and business strategy, all of which I bring to every real estate transaction. 

I have a passion for interior design and love creating beautiful, welcoming spaces. When I'm not helping clients navigate the real estate market, you'll often find me playing tennis or pickleball, designing floral arrangements, nurturing my garden, or exploring new travel destinations.
